Please read these Terms and Conditions of Sale carefully before purchasing any products from the Revive Broadcast website (www.revivebroadcast.co.uk). By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not complete a purchase.

Revive Broadcast is a trading name of Signexa Broadcast Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. All sales are made by Signexa Broadcast Ltd.
2. Our Products
Revive Broadcast sells professionally refurbished and pre-owned broadcast equipment. All equipment listed on our website has been assessed, and where applicable refurbished and tested by our engineering team prior to sale. Each product listing includes a condition grade and description of the item and any refurbishment work carried out.
Our condition grading system is as follows:
- Grade A: Excellent: Fully refurbished and tested, minimal signs of use, performing to full manufacturer specification
- Grade B: Good: Fully tested and functioning correctly, may show light signs of operational use, all functions confirmed working
- Grade C: Fair: Fully tested and operational, shows signs of use or minor cosmetic wear, all core functions confirmed working as described
Whilst we make every effort to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate, minor cosmetic variations may exist. If you require specific information about an item prior to purchase, please contact us before placing your order.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices displayed on our website are in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT at the applicable rate unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to amend prices at any time without prior notice, however the price at the time of your order will be honoured.
Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order. We accept the following methods of payment:
- Credit and debit card (processed securely via our payment provider)
- Bank transfer please contact us for details prior to ordering
- PayPal where available at checkout
All card payments are processed through a secure third-party payment gateway. Revive Broadcast does not store or have access to your full card details. Your payment details are encrypted and processed in accordance with PCI DSS standards.
We reserve the right to cancel any order where a pricing error has occurred on our website. In such circumstances we will notify you promptly and provide a full refund of any payment taken.
4. Orders and Contract Formation
By placing an order on our website you are making an offer to purchase the item(s) listed at the price shown. An order confirmation email will be sent to you upon receipt of your order, however this does not constitute acceptance of your order.
A binding contract of sale is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation email confirming that your order has been processed and the item dispatched. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including in circumstances where:
- The item is no longer available or has been sold
- A pricing or description error has been identified
- We are unable to verify your payment or delivery details
- The order appears to be fraudulent or in breach of these terms
In the event that we cancel your order, a full refund will be issued promptly to your original payment method.
5. Delivery
5.1 Domestic Delivery (UK)
We deliver to mainland UK addresses. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders within 3 to 5 working days of payment being confirmed, subject to stock availability and any additional testing or preparation required.
Estimated delivery timeframes are provided for guidance only and do not constitute a guarantee of delivery by a specific date. We will not be liable for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
All items are carefully packaged to ensure safe transit. For high value or fragile items, specialist packaging and courier services will be used. A signature may be required upon delivery.
5.2 International Delivery
We may be able to accommodate international deliveries on a case by case basis. Please contact us prior to placing an order if you require delivery outside of the UK. Additional charges, customs duties, and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.
5.3 Collection
Collection from our Liverpool facility is available by prior arrangement. Please contact us to arrange a suitable date and time. Items must be collected within 14 days of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5.4 Risk and Title
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery or collection. Title in the goods does not pass to you until payment has been received in full and cleared.
6. Quality Guarantee and Warranty
All refurbished equipment sold by Revive Broadcast is covered by our quality guarantee. We warrant that at the time of dispatch, each item has been professionally assessed, refurbished where necessary, and tested to the standard described in the product listing.
Our quality guarantee covers:
- Functional defects not disclosed at the time of sale that become apparent within 90 days of delivery
- Items that do not perform as described in the product listing
Our quality guarantee does not cover:
- Fair wear and tear arising from normal use
- Damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, or modification of the equipment
- Cosmetic damage that was disclosed in the product listing
- Faults arising from use of the equipment in a manner inconsistent with its specification
- Equipment that has been tampered with or repaired by a third party without our written consent
In the event of a valid warranty claim, we will at our discretion repair the item, offer a replacement of equivalent specification, or issue a full or partial refund. We aim to resolve all warranty claims promptly and fairly.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other applicable legislation.
7. Returns and Refunds
7.1 Right to Cancel (Consumer Customers)
If you are purchasing as a consumer (i.e. not in the course of a business), you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the item under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, without giving any reason. To exercise your right to cancel, please notify us in writing at revive@signexa.co.uk within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be returned to us in the same condition as received, with all original accessories, documentation, and packaging where applicable. You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or not as described.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned item, using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
7.2 Business Customers
If you are purchasing in the course of a business, the statutory right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations does not apply. Returns from business customers will be considered at our discretion. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if you wish to discuss a return.
7.3 Faulty or Incorrectly Described Items
If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or materially different from its description, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence where possible. We will arrange collection at our cost and offer a repair, replacement, or full refund as appropriate.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Signexa Broadcast Ltd’s total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the item(s) in question.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from your purchase, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of production, loss of data, or any losses arising from the use of our products in broadcast or production environments.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, any breach of the terms implied by the Consumer Rights Act 2015, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Revive Broadcast website, including text, images, logos, product descriptions, and graphics, is the property of Signexa Broadcast Ltd or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our website without our prior written consent.
10. Data Protection
We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website at http://www.revivebroadcast.co.uk. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge that we will process your personal data in accordance with that policy for the purposes of fulfilling your order, managing our relationship with you, and complying with our legal obligations.
11. WEEE Compliance
Revive Broadcast is a registered WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment) recycling and refurbishment operator. When you purchase refurbished equipment from us, you are contributing to the responsible reuse of broadcast electronics and helping to reduce the environmental impact of electronic waste.
When your purchased equipment reaches the end of its useful life, you are responsible for disposing of it in accordance with WEEE regulations. We are happy to advise on responsible disposal options. Please contact us at revive@signexa.co.uk for further information.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer based in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also be entitled to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
13. Dispute Resolution
If you have a complaint about your purchase, please contact us in the first instance at revive@signexa.co.uk or in writing to our registered address. We will make every effort to resolve your complaint promptly and fairly.
If we are unable to resolve your complaint, you may be entitled to use an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) scheme. We will provide details of any applicable ADR scheme upon request.
If you are a consumer, you may also submit your complaint via the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform provided by the European Commission at ec.europa.eu/odr, although this platform is primarily for EU-based consumers following Brexit.
14. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version published on our website at the time of your order will apply to that order. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
